Who this notice covers

Mr Make A DeckZ is an individual storefront hosted on TCGTracking infrastructure. The store operator is responsible for store-specific sales, support, fulfillment, and customer communications. TCGTracking provides the software, hosting, analytics, catalog, tracking, and integration tools that make the storefront work.

This notice is written for US customers and describes how information is handled when you visit or interact with this storefront. It applies together with any additional policy, checkout notice, or written terms provided by the store operator.

Information collected through the storefront

Store browsing activity, including pages viewed, products searched, filters selected, referring pages, device/browser details, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, and basic diagnostic events.
Inventory interaction data, including products, sets, games, card conditions, quantities, and other catalog details viewed or selected.
Information you choose to provide when contacting the store, sending messages, requesting support, placing an order, submitting a buylist, arranging payment, requesting a cancellation, or asking about shipping, returns, refunds, or product condition.
Checkout and payment information needed to process a transaction. Full payment card numbers are handled by the applicable payment processor and are not stored by this storefront.
Shipping and fulfillment information, such as names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, order identifiers, shipment details, tracking references, and delivery-related communications when those features are used.
Local browser data such as theme preference, cached storefront snapshots, search state, and similar settings used to improve page performance and user experience.

How information is used

Operate, secure, maintain, personalize, and improve the storefront.
Display live or recently synchronized inventory, product details, pricing, availability, search results, and filters.
Respond to customer questions, support requests, disputes, cancellation requests, return/refund requests, and other store communications.
Process orders, payments, fraud checks, fulfillment, shipment updates, claims, and transaction records where commerce features are used.
Debug errors, prevent abuse, protect accounts and storefronts, enforce policies, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, recordkeeping, and regulatory obligations.

How information may be shared

With the store operator when needed to complete expected customer transactions, including orders, customer messages, buylist submissions, support requests, fulfillment, refunds, disputes, and related storefront administration.
With TCGTracking service providers that host, secure, analyze, monitor, email, process, or otherwise support the platform.
With payment processors, fraud prevention providers, banks, card networks, shipping carriers, postage or label providers, insurance providers, marketplace integrations, and other third parties used to complete a transaction or requested service.
With government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, tax authorities, or other parties when disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, or respond to lawful requests.
In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction involving the store operator or platform, subject to applicable law.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

This storefront uses business-essential cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies needed to make the store work, keep a cart or customer session active, remember display preferences, preserve storefront search state, measure first-party operational usage, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse. It does not include third-party advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising cookies.

These technologies support requested storefront services such as account sign-in, cart and checkout, buylist workflows, fraud and abuse prevention, security, accessibility of preferences, and platform diagnostics. Some browsers provide controls to block cookies or clear local storage, but disabling these technologies may prevent carts, sign-in, saved preferences, buylist activity, or checkout from working correctly.

Store access to customer information

TCG Community marketplace stores only receive access to customer information when it is necessary for an expected storefront interaction, such as completing an order, responding to a message, handling a buylist submission, providing support, processing fulfillment, resolving a dispute, refunding a transaction, or meeting legal and tax obligations.

Store operators do not receive unrelated platform account data simply because a customer visits the storefront.

US state privacy rights

Depending on your state of residence and the store operator’s legal obligations, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or opt-out of certain processing, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. The exact rights and exceptions vary by state.

No sale of personal information

This storefront does not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use personal information for third-party targeted advertising. Based on those practices, the storefront does not require a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” opt-out flow.

If this storefront later adds tools or integrations that sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or otherwise trigger an opt-out right under applicable law, this notice will be updated and any required opt-out mechanism will be provided before those tools are used.

Children’s privacy

This storefront is for users who can lawfully make purchases or interact with online stores in their jurisdiction. It is not directed to children under 13, and the store does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact the store so appropriate steps can be taken.

Retention and security
